The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Warning for
  The East Branch Brandywine Creek at Downingtown.
* Until late tonight...or until the warning is cancelled.
* At 4:45 PM Thursday the stage was 7.5 feet.
* Flood stage is 7.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring.
* Forecast...The river will rise to near 7.6 feet. The river
  will fall below flood stage this evening.
* Impact...At 8.0 feet...Dowlin Forge Road begins to flood.
* Flood history...This crest compares to a previous crest of 7.0
  feet on Aug 4 2018.
