* Until 615 PM EDT.

* At 210 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms. This rain was occurring across areas that received
  heavy rainfall last night. Minor flooding, especially across low-
  lying and poor drainage areas, can be expected across portions
  of the advisory area.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Wilmington, Newark, West Chester, Elkton, Calvert, Norristown,
  Pottstown, Phoenixville, Lansdale, West Norriton, East Norriton,
  Coatesville, Westtown, Quakertown, Perkasie, Downingtown,
  Souderton, Bedminster, Elsmere and Kennett Square.
