The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  Berks County in eastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 530 PM EDT.

* At 124 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms. This rain is occurring across areas that received
  heavy rainfall last night. Minor flooding, especially across low-
  lying and poor drainage areas, can be expected in the advisory
  area.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Reading, Wyomissing, Birdsboro, Kutztown, Hamburg, Fleetwood,
  Sinking Spring, Laureldale, Womelsdorf, Wernersville, Newmanstown,
  Topton, Leesport, Shoemakersville, Bally, Bernville, Bechtelsville,
  Lyons, Strausstown and Lenhartsville.
