The Flood Warning continues for
  The North Branch Rancocas Creek at Pemberton.
* At 12:30 AM, the creek level was 3.75 feet.
* Flood stage is 2.5 feet.
* Moderate flooding is occurring and is forecast to continue.
* Forecast...The creek will continue rising to near 4.1 feet
  after daybreak, then it should begin falling.
* Impact...At 4.2 feet...Homes along Lee Street, Joe Road and
  Jill Court take on water. Residents along Old Georges Lane
  and Rancocas Trail are subject to evacuations. Homes in
  Eastampton, including the ones on East Mae Avenue, are
  inundated.
* Flood history...This crest compares to a previous crest of
  4.2 feet on July 14, 2004.
