  The Chester Creek at Chester.
* until Friday morning...Or until the warning is cancelled.
* At 10:31 PM Thursday the stage was 8.4 feet.
* Flood stage is 8.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river will continue rising to near 9.6 feet by around midnight
  tonight. The river will fall below flood stage after midnight tonight.
* Impact...At 10.5 feet...Flood damage, adjacent to the creek, begins in the
  city of Chester.
* Flood history...This crest compares to a previous crest of 9.5 feet on Mar 13
  2010.
