...THE URBAN AND SMALL STREAM FLOOD ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL
900 AM EDT FOR NORTHWESTERN SUSSEX...SOUTH CENTRAL NEW CASTLE...
KENT...TALBOT...SOUTHEASTERN QUEEN ANNE'S AND CAROLINE COUNTIES...

At 642 AM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated
moderate to locally heavy rain continuing in the advisory area.
Automated gauges recorded rain rates in excess of a half inch per
hour in portions of Kent County in Delaware during the past hour.
This will cause urban and small stream flooding in the advisory area.

Some locations that could experience flooding include...
Dover, Easton, Talbot, Smyrna, Milford, Seaford, Denton, Harrington,
Camden, Clayton, Federalsburg, Bridgeville, Greensboro, Oakland,
Ridgely, Cheswold, Trappe, St. Michaels, Preston and Oxford.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Flood Advisory means river or stream flows are elevated, or ponding
of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
