The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  Northeastern Ocean County in southern New Jersey...
  Eastern Monmouth County in central New Jersey...

* Until 600 PM EDT.

* At 300 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms. This will cause minor flooding in the advisory area.
  Up two inches of rain have already fallen.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Toms River, Long Branch, Asbury Park, Lakewood, Middletown, Howell,
  Tinton Falls, Holmdel, Red Bank, Keansburg, Matawan, Manasquan,
  Highlands, Point Pleasant Beach, Farmingdale, Mantoloking,
  Allenwood, East Freehold, Elberon and Navesink.

This includes the following highways...
 Garden State Parkway between mile markers 82 and 119.
 Interstate 195 in New Jersey between mile markers 27 and 34.
