...FLASH FLOOD WATCH IS CANCELLED...

The Flash Flood Watch for portions of Delaware, northeast
Maryland, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania has been cancelled. The
heaviest rain has ended, as has the threat for widespread
flooding. Additional rain is possible today, however, rain rates
are expected to be low enough to preclude much of a flash flood
threat.
