The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Warning for Small Streams in...
  East central Somerset County in northern New Jersey...
  North central Middlesex County in northern New Jersey...

* Until 915 AM EDT.

* At 613 AM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated
  that moderate rainfall has fallen over the area over the past
  couple hours. Up to one inch of rain has fallen this morning and
  this has resulted in minor flooding along the Green Brook near
  Plainfield .

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Middlesex, Bound Brook, North Plainfield, Dunellen, Watchung and
  South Bound Brook.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Please report flooding to your local law enforcement agency when you
can do so safely.
