400 AM EDT FOR BERKS...NORTHWESTERN MONTGOMERY...LEHIGH AND
NORTHAMPTON COUNTIES...

The heavy rain has ended and flood waters have receded over most of
the area , no longer posing a threat to life or property. The
exception is at Little Lehigh Creek near Allentown where minor
flooding is still occurring. Please continue to heed any road
closures.
