The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Warning for Urban Areas and Small Streams in...
  Southeastern Lehigh County in eastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 545 AM EDT.

* At 351 AM EDT, Little Lehigh Creek near Allentown was in minor
  flood stage, from earlier rainfall of around 2 inches.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Allentown, Emmaus, Ancient Oaks, Macungie and Alburtis.


PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.

Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of small
creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as
well as other drainage areas and low lying spots.

A Flood Warning means that flooding is imminent or occurring. All
interested parties should take necessary precautions immediately.
