...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 715 PM EDT
FOR NORTHERN NEW CASTLE...CECIL...CHESTER AND SOUTHWESTERN DELAWARE
COUNTIES...

At 657 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from Bareville to near Elkton, moving northeast at 40 mph.
Worth noting, there has also been some rotation detected with cells
on a portion of this line over Lancaster County PA as it moves
toward Chester County.

HAZARD...70 mph wind gusts.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Expect considerable tree damage. Damage is likely to mobile
         homes, roofs, and outbuildings.

Wilmington, Newark, West Chester, Elkton, Calvert, Coatesville,
Westtown, Carneys Point, Downingtown, Elsmere, Kennett Square, New
Castle, Penns Grove, Oxford, Parkesburg, North East, West Grove,
Rising Sun, Honey Brook and Elverson.

building.

Torrential rainfall is occurring with these storms, and may lead to
