* Flood stage is 11.0 feet.
* Moderate flooding is occurring.
* Forecast...The river will continue rising to near 15.4 feet around
  midnight. The river will fall below flood stage tomorrow morning.
* Impact...At 15.0 feet...East Main Street in Collegeville floods.
* Flood history...This crest compares to a previous crest of 15.7
  feet on Oct 19 1996.
