The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Warning for...
  Southeastern Hunterdon County in northwestern New Jersey...

* Until 215 AM EDT.

* At 1016 PM EDT, the Neshanic River at Reaville was above flood
  stage. Roads are subject to closures in the vicinity of the river.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around...don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
