* At 544 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms. This will cause minor flooding across portions of
  the advisory area.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Easton, Centerville, Talbot, Chestertown, Centreville, Romancoke,
  Rock Hall, St. Michaels, Church Hill, Millington, Sudlersville,
  Betterton, Queen Anne, Old Town, Grasonville, Starr, Copperville,
