The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Southeastern Berks County in eastern Pennsylvania...
  Northwestern Montgomery County in southeastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 845 PM EDT.

* At 441 PM EDT, emergency management reported heavy rain across the
  warned area. Up to six inches of rain have already fallen. Flash
  flooding is already occurring. Numerous vehicle and residential
  evacuations are occurring.

  THIS IS A FLASH FLOOD EMERGENCY FOR SOUTHEASTERN BERKS AND
NORTHWESTERN MONTGOMERY COUNTIES. THIS IS A PARTICULARLY DANGEROUS
SITUATION. SEEK HIGHER GROUND NOW!

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Birdsboro, Bally, Bechtelsville, Gilbertsville, Boyertown,
  Pennsburg, Red Hill, Amity Gardens and Halfway House.
