...THE FLOOD ADVISORY FOR MINOR FLOODING IN POOR DRAINAGE AREAS
REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 615 PM EDT FOR NORTHWESTERN CAMDEN AND
CENTRAL BURLINGTON COUNTIES...

At 418 PM EDT, Doppler radar that the heavy rain that fell earlier
today has tapered off. However, another round of heavy rain will
move into the advisory area shortly. This will cause minor flooding.
Overflowing poor drainage areas will result in minor flooding in the
advisory area. Up to two inches of rain have already fallen.

Some locations that could experience flooding include...
Cherry Hill, Evesham, Mount Laurel, Willingboro, Voorhees, Medford,
Lindenwold, Lumberton, Bellmawr, Mount Holly, Berlin, Palmyra,
Tabernacle, Magnolia, Presidential Lakes Estates, Pemberton,
Wrightstown, Barclay-Kingston, Cherry Hill Mall and Golden Triangle.

Additional rainfall of one to two inches is expected over the area.
This additional rain will result in minor flooding.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of small
creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as
well as other drainage areas and low lying spots.

spots.

Please report flooding to your local law enforcement agency when you
can do so safely.

A Flood Advisory means river or stream flows are elevated, or ponding
of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
