The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Warning for...
  Southeastern Hunterdon County in northwestern New Jersey...

* Until 845 PM EST.

* At 245 PM EST, minor flooding was occurring along the Neshanic
  River and its tributaries in southeastern Hunterdon County. The
  minor flooding is expected to continue into this evening as runoff
  from today's heavy rainfall works its way down the river.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Flemington.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
