* Flood Warning for...
  Eastern Chester County in southeastern Pennsylvania...
  Delaware County in southeastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 830 PM EST.

* At 230 PM EST, creeks and streams were continuing to rise due to
  runoff from today's heavy rainfall. Minor flooding will take place
  into this evening along creeks and streams, and in areas of poor
  drainage.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  West Chester, Chester, Phoenixville, Yeadon, Westtown,
  Downingtown, Folcroft, Swarthmore, Kennett Square, East Lansdowne,
  Darby Township, Cheyney, Pughtown, Elam, Bryn Mawr, Marshallton,
  Trout Lake, Chelsea and Radnor Township.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
