The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Advisory for Minor Flooding in Poor Drainage Areas for...
  Talbot County in eastern Maryland...
  Caroline County in eastern Maryland...

* Until 1145 AM EST.

* At 745 AM EST, over one inch of rain haD fallen over parts of
  Talbot and Caroline Counties during the early morning hours.
  Doppler radar indicated additional bands of moderate rain poised
  to move across the area through the mid-morning hours. This
  combination of observed and expected rain will cause poor drainage
  flooding on roadways and in low lying areas.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Flood Advisory means river or stream flows are elevated, or ponding
of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
