The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Urban and Small Stream Flood Advisory for...
  Sussex County in southern Delaware...

* Until 1100 AM EST.

* At 703 AM EST, over one inch of rain has fallen over parts of
  Sussex County during the late overnight hours. Doppler radar
  indicated additional bands of moderate rain poised to move across
  the county through the mid-morning hours. This combination of
  observed and expected rain will cause ponding of water on roadways
  and in areas of poor drainage.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Flood Advisory means river or stream flows are elevated, or ponding
of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
