...PATCHY FREEZING FOG OVERNIGHT...

Patchy fog is forecast overnight in parts of southern New Jersey,
Delaware and northeastern Maryland. Temperatures will be below
freezing at most locations, with some localized freezing fog
expected.

If you will be traveling overnight, be prepared for icy spots on
area roadways, walkways and parking lots. Also, the visibility
will be reduced to a quarter mile or less in spots.
