...PATCHY FREEZING FOG IS POSSIBLE OVERNIGHT...

Patchy fog is expected to develop overnight in parts of
southeastern Pennsylvania, southern New Jersey, Delaware and
northeastern Maryland. Temperatures will be below freezing at most
locations, and there could be some localized freezing fog.

If you will be traveling overnight, be prepared for icy spots on
area roadways, walkways and parking lots.
