* WHAT...Mixed precipitation expected. Total snow accumulations of
  up to three inches and ice accumulations of one tenth to two
  tenths of an inch.

* WHERE...In New Jersey, Sussex County. In Pennsylvania, Carbon
  and Monroe Counties.

* WHEN...From 1 PM this afternoon to 6 PM EST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
  conditions could impact the Monday evening and Tuesday morning
  commutes.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snow is expected to begin this afternoon
  and will continue through the evening. Snow will mix with sleet
  and freezing rain late this evening, then change to
  predominantly freezing rain or sleet late tonight and Tuesday.
  Freezing rain may briefly change to snow before ending Tuesday
  afternoon and evening. Winds gusting to 25 to 30 mph on Tuesday
  may result in minor tree damage due to a potential buildup of
