MONDAY...

* WHAT...Mixed precipitation expected. Total snow accumulations
  of up to two inches and ice accumulations of a light glaze.

* WHERE...In Maryland, Cecil county. In Delaware, New Castle
  county.

* WHEN...From 4 AM to 10 PM EST Monday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
  conditions could impact the Monday morning, and possibly the
  Monday evening commutes.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snow will begin very early Monday morning,
  and is expected to change over to sleet by the end of the
  morning commute. Though snow accumulations are expected to be
  below two inches, the combination of sleet on top of snow will
  create very slippery driving conditions especially mid to late
  Monday morning. There may be a change over to plain rain Monday
  afternoon, but then freezing rain is possible once again Monday
  evening, which could impact the end of the Monday evening
