...FLOOD WATCH IN EFFECT FROM 9 PM EST THIS EVENING THROUGH
SATURDAY MORNING...
The National Weather Service in Mount Holly has issued a
* Flood Watch for portions of New Jersey and southeast
Pennsylvania, including the following areas, in New Jersey,
Hunterdon, Mercer, Morris, and Somerset. In southeast
Pennsylvania, Lower Bucks and Upper Bucks.
* From 9 PM EST this evening through Saturday morning
* Periods of heavy rain can be expected overnight. Amounts up to
two inches are possible. This could lead to small stream as well
as main-stem flooding. Poor drainage and low-lying flooding is
likely.
* The risk of low-lying and small stream flooding will increase
tonight into Saturday. The risk of main-stem flooding will
increase late Saturday into Saturday night. Please refer to our
Advanced Hydrologic Prediction Service (AHPS) website for both
Passaic and Raritan Basin crest forecasts.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
A Flood Watch means there is a potential for flooding based on
current forecasts.
You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible
Flood Warnings. Those living in areas prone to flooding should be
prepared to take action should flooding develop.

Monmouth. In northern New Jersey, Middlesex. In southern New
Jersey, Coastal Ocean, Northwestern Burlington, Ocean, and
Southeastern Burlington.
* From 9 PM EST this evening through late tonight
* Periods of heavy rain can be expected overnight. Amounts up to
