...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 515 PM EDT
FOR NORTHEASTERN OCEAN AND SOUTH CENTRAL MONMOUTH COUNTIES...

At 452 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from Cedar Glen West to near West Freehold, moving east at
30 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and nickel size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Damage to roofs, siding, trees, and power lines is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Toms River, Lakewood, Jackson, Manasquan, Point Pleasant Beach,
Lakehurst, Vista Center, Leisure Village, Allenwood, Ramtown, Cedar
Glen West, Jacksons Mills, Leisure Village East, Leisure Village
West-Pine Lake Park, Point Pleasant, Brielle, Bay Head and Leisure
Knoll.

This includes the following highways...
 Garden State Parkway between mile markers 89 and 96.
 Interstate 195 in New Jersey between mile markers 20 and 27.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.

Torrential rainfall is occurring with these storms, and may lead to
flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
