The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  West central Sussex County in southern Delaware...

* Until 645 PM EDT.

* At 450 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to very slow
  moving thunderstorms in the area. Rainfall rates over one inch per
  hour will cause ponding of water on roadways and poor draining
  flooding.

 * Some locations that could experience flooding include...
   Seaford, Bridgeville, Sycamore and Blades.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Flood Advisory means ponding of water in urban or other areas is
occurring or is imminent.
