...THE URBAN AND SMALL STREAM FLOOD ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL
530 PM EDT FOR NORTHWESTERN NEW CASTLE...NORTHEASTERN KENT AND
SOUTHEASTERN CECIL COUNTIES...

At 419 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms over northern Kent County MD and southern Cecil
County. This rain may cause urban and small stream flooding in those
areas. The heavy rain which fell earlier over New Castle County and
western Cecil County has moved out of the area, so any resultant
flooding from that rain should begin to dissipate.

This includes the following highways...
 Interstate 95 in Maryland between mile markers 105 and 109.
 Interstate 95 in Delaware between mile markers 0 and 15.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Flood Advisory means river or stream flows are elevated, or ponding
of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
