...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL AFFECT WESTERN ATLANTIC...EASTERN
CUMBERLAND AND NORTHWESTERN CAPE MAY COUNTIES...

At 1240 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near Bivalve, or 14
miles south of Millville, moving northeast at 60 mph.

Winds up to 35 mph and pea size hail are possible with this storm.

Locations impacted include...
Vineland, Millville, Cumberland, Hammonton, Buena, Egg Harbor City,
Laurel Lake, Weymouth, Estell Manor, Corbin City, Newport, Leesburg,
Elwood-Magnolia, Dorothy, Bricksboro, Eldora, Mauricetown, Belleplain
Forest, Mays Landing and Port Norris.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm, and may cause
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.
