ANNE'S...NORTHEASTERN CAROLINE AND EAST CENTRAL KENT COUNTIES...

At 950 AM EDT, a cluster of strong thunderstorms was over the
Sandtown area, moving northeast at 60 mph.

Winds up to 35 mph and pea size hail are possible with these storms.

Locations impacted include...
Dover, Middletown, Smyrna, Camden, Clayton, Greensboro, Oakland,
Ridgely, Cheswold, Goldsboro, Woodside, Viola, Hartly, Rising
Sun-Lebanon, Woodland Beach, Hazlettville, Delaney Corner, Dover Base
Housing, Dover Speedway and Sandtown.

Torrential rainfall is occurring, and may cause localized flooding.
Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with these storms.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.
