COUNTIES...

At 158 AM EDT, radar indicated strong thunderstorms were located
along a line extending from near Nesquehoning to Salunga-Landisville.
Movement was northeast at 35 mph.

Winds up to 50 mph are possible with these storms.

Locations impacted include...
Reading, Lehighton, Mount Pocono, Wyomissing, Palmerton, Kutztown,
Jim Thorpe, Hamburg, Slatington, Fleetwood, Sinking Spring,
Laureldale, Nesquehoning, Womelsdorf, Wernersville, Newmanstown,
Walnutport, Leesport, Shoemakersville and Bernville.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms, and may
cause localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.

These storms may intensify, so be certain to monitor local radio
stations and available television stations for additional information
and possible warnings from the National Weather Service.

A tornado watch remains in effect until 700 AM EDT for eastern and
northeastern Pennsylvania.
