The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Urban and Small Stream Flood Advisory for...
  Berks County in eastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 545 AM EDT.

* At 139 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated another line of heavy rain
  associated with a strong cold front moving into the area from
  central Pennsylvania. Over one inch of rain is possible with this
  front as it moves through over the next several hours, and
  combined with rain that fell last evening, urban and small stream
  flooding is possible into the morning hours.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding. Street, poor drainage, and small stream
flooding are the main threats from this event.
