...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL AFFECT NORTHEASTERN CARBON AND
NORTHWESTERN MONROE COUNTIES...

At 1203 AM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near Gouldsboro
State Park, or 9 miles northwest of Mount Pocono, moving northeast at
40 mph.

Winds up to 40 mph are possible with this storm.

Locations impacted include...
Mount Pocono, Tobyhanna, Pocono Pines, Pocono Raceway, Lake Harmony,
Skytop, Mountainhome, Canadensis, Blakeslee, Albrightsville,
Gouldsboro State Park, Arrowhead Lake, Stoddartsville, Paradise
Valley and Cresco.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm, and may cause
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
