The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  Northwestern Berks County in eastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 1215 AM EDT.

* At 914 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated up to one inch of rain has
  fallen over the far northwestern corner of Berks County since 7 PM
  this evening. An additional half inch is expected over the next
  hour or so which could result in ponding of water in poor drainage
  areas.

* Some locations that could experience minor flooding include...
  Womelsdorf, Newmanstown, Bernville and Strausstown.
