The Flood Warning continues for
  The Schuylkill River at Norristown.
* At 12:30 PM Friday the stage was 13.3 feet.
* Flood stage is 13.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring.
* Forecast...The river will fall below flood stage late this
  afternoon.
* Impact...At 13.0 feet...Water begins to cover and close
  Riverview Boulevard in West Norriton.
* Flood history...This crest compares to a previous crest of 13.7
  feet on Aug 4 2018.
