  Berks County in eastern Pennsylvania...
  Lehigh County in eastern Pennsylvania...
  Northampton County in eastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 1100 AM EDT.

* At 648 AM EDT, National Weather Service Doppler Radar indicated
  that heavy rain has moved out of the area. However, streams are
  still running high from rain during the overnight hours...so the
  Flood Advisory has been extended until 1100 AM to provide time for
  all excess water to drain.
