The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has extended the

* Flood Advisory for...
  New Castle County in northern Delaware...
  Eastern Cecil County in northeastern Maryland...

* Until 1100 AM EDT.

* At 645 AM EDT, National Weather Service Doppler Radar indicated
  that heavy rain has moved out of the area. However, streams are
  still running high from rain during the overnight hours...so the
  Flood Advisory has been extended until 1100 AM to provide time
  for all excess water to drain.


PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Flood Advisory means river or stream flows are elevated, or ponding
of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
