  Morris County in northern New Jersey...
  Hunterdon County in northwestern New Jersey...
  Mercer County in central New Jersey...
  Somerset County in northern New Jersey...
  Montgomery County in southeastern Pennsylvania...
  Bucks County in southeastern Pennsylvania...
  Chester County in southeastern Pennsylvania...
  Philadelphia County in southeastern Pennsylvania...
  Delaware County in southeastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 945 AM EDT Friday.

* At 137 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated pockets of moderate to
  heavy rain moving through southeastern Pennsylvania and adjacent
  portions of central New Jersey. Some of this rain will be heavy
  enough to cause significant rises on small streams...and ponding
  of water in areas of poor drainage. Flood warnings may be needed
  during the late overnight hours or early Friday morning depending
  on how much rain actually falls.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.

A Flood Advisory means river or stream flows are elevated, or
ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
