  Warren County in northwestern New Jersey...
  Berks County in eastern Pennsylvania...
  Lehigh County in eastern Pennsylvania...
  Carbon County in northeastern Pennsylvania...
  Monroe County in northeastern Pennsylvania...
  Northampton County in eastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 700 AM EDT Friday.

* At 1204 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated pockets of moderate to
  heavy rain over the southern Susquehanna Valley moving northeast
  into east-central Pennsylvania. On its current trajectory, this
  rain will move into the Lehigh Valley, southern Poconos, and
  northwest New Jersey between now and 200 AM. With antecedent
  conditions already wet from earlier rains, creeks, small streams,
  and areas of poor drainage will see significant rises and mainly
  nuisance flooding during the late overnight hours. If the rain
  becomes heavy enough...flood and flash flood warnings may be
  needed.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.

A Flood Advisory means river or stream flows are elevated, or ponding
of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
