  Northeastern Chester County in southeastern Pennsylvania...
  Central Delaware County in southeastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 700 PM EDT.

* At 256 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain that will cause
  urban and small stream flooding in the advisory area. Over an inch
  of rain has already fallen in spots with another half inch to inch
  possible over the next hour.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  West Chester, Norristown, Pottstown, Phoenixville, Lansdale, West
  Norriton, East Norriton, Westtown, Quakertown, Perkasie,
  Doylestown, Downingtown, Conshohocken, Souderton, Bedminster,
  Collegeville, Royersford, Chalfont, Trappe and Hatfield.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of small
creeks and streams, urban areas, as other drainage areas and low
lying spots.
