SOUTHEASTERN MONTGOMERY...CENTRAL BUCKS...CENTRAL CHESTER...
NORTHWESTERN PHILADELPHIA AND NORTH CENTRAL DELAWARE COUNTIES...

At 1203 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain and isolated
thunderstorms that will cause minor flooding in the advisory area.
About 1.5 inches of rain have fallen.

Some locations that could experience flooding include...
Philadelphia, Trenton, West Chester, Ewing, Norristown, Phoenixville,
Lansdale, West Norriton, East Norriton, Coatesville, Doylestown,
Downingtown, Conshohocken, Hatboro, Ambler, Collegeville, Jenkintown,
Chalfont, New Hope and Yardley.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of small
creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as
well as other drainage areas and low lying spots.

Please report flooding to your local law enforcement agency when you
can do so safely.

A Flood Advisory means river or stream flows are elevated, or ponding
of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
