The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  Northern Cecil County in northeastern Maryland...
  Montgomery County in southeastern Pennsylvania...
  Chester County in southeastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 645 AM EDT.

* At 237 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms. This will cause minor flooding in the advisory area.
  Up to one inch of rain has already fallen.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  West Chester, Calvert, Norristown, Pottstown, Phoenixville,
  Lansdale, West Norriton, East Norriton, Coatesville, Westtown,
  Downingtown, Souderton, Ambler, Kennett Square, Collegeville,
  Oxford, Royersford, Parkesburg, North East and Trappe.

Additional rainfall of 1 to 2 inches is expected over the area. This
additional rain will result in minor flooding.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.

A Flood Advisory means river or stream flows are elevated, or ponding
of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
