* At 814 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain that will cause
  minor flooding. Overflowing poor drainage areas will result in
  minor flooding in the advisory area. Up to one inch of rain has
  already fallen.

  Philadelphia, Camden, Wilmington, Newark, Elkton, Havre De Grace,
  Gloucester City, Calvert, Chester, Deptford, Voorhees, West
  Deptford, Lindenwold, Pennsville, Bellmawr, Yeadon, Woodbury,
  Pitman, Carneys Point and Berlin.
