CASTLE...NORTHWESTERN KENT...CECIL...NORTHWESTERN SALEM...
NORTHWESTERN GLOUCESTER...SOUTHWESTERN CHESTER AND SOUTHWESTERN
DELAWARE COUNTIES...

At 1216 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain that will cause
minor flooding in the advisory area. Up to one and one-half inches
of rain have already fallen.

Some locations that could experience flooding include...
Wilmington, Newark, Middletown, Elkton, Calvert, Chester, Pennsville,
Coatesville, Carneys Point, Elsmere, Kennett Square, New Castle,
Chestertown, Penns Grove, Oxford, Parkesburg, North East, West Grove,
Rising Sun and Swedesboro.

Additional rainfall of one inch is expected over the area. This
additional rain will result in minor flooding.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
