  warned area. Up to three inches of rain have already fallen across
  portions of the advised area. Additional rainfall amounts of two
  inches are possible. This amount of rainfall is capable of
  producing flash flooding.

  Vineland, Millville, Bridgeton, Middletown, Gloucester City, Cherry
  Hill, Evesham, Mount Laurel, Willingboro, Deptford, Voorhees,
