  Kent County in northeastern Maryland...
  Cecil County in northeastern Maryland...
  Western Cumberland County in southern New Jersey...
  Salem County in southern New Jersey...
  Central Gloucester County in southern New Jersey...
  Southwestern Chester County in southeastern Pennsylvania...
  Southwestern Delaware County in southeastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 1230 AM EDT.

* At 824 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain that will cause
  minor flooding in the advisory area. Up to one inch of rain has
  already fallen.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Wilmington, Newark, Bridgeton, Middletown, Elkton, Calvert,
  Chester, Glassboro, Pennsville, Coatesville, Smyrna, Pitman,
  Carneys Point, Elsmere, Kennett Square, New Castle, Chestertown,
  Penns Grove, Salem and Oxford.

Additional rainfall of one inch is expected over the area the next
hour or two. This additional rain will result in minor flooding.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
