COUNTIES...

At 808 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located over Woodland Beach,
or 10 miles north of Dover, moving north at 25 mph.

Winds up to 40 mph are possible with this storm.

Locations impacted include...
Bridgeton, Middletown, Pennsville, Smyrna, New Castle, Salem,
Alloway, Clayton, Quinton, Delaware City, Greenwich, Shiloh, Woodland
Beach, Green Spring, Hancocks Bridge, Newport Meadows, Wilmington
Manor, Hope Creek, Seabrook Farms and Townsend.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm, and may cause
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
