...THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 715 PM EDT FOR
TALBOT...SOUTHWESTERN QUEEN ANNE'S...SOUTHERN CAROLINE AND
SOUTHWESTERN KENT COUNTIES...

At 513 PM EDT, Doppler radar continued to indicate very heavy rain
extending from near Easton in Talbot County northward to near Wye
Mills, then northwest to near Queenstown and Overton.  Heavy rain
was also indicated west of Grasonville heading toward Stevensville.
Flash flooding is expected in some of the heavy downpours in
these areas.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around...don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
