The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Talbot County in eastern Maryland...
  Queen Anne's County in northeastern Maryland...
  Caroline County in eastern Maryland...
  Western Kent County in northeastern Maryland...

* Until 715 PM EDT.

* At 420 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a line of intermittent
  heavy rain extending from near Rock Hall in Kent County southeast
  to near Federalsburg in Caroline County. Dopper radar estimates of
  between one and two inches of rain in less than one-half hour have
  been indicated in a few spots along this line, including near Wye
  Mills and Skipton. A few heavy downpours have also been indicated
  near Saint Michaels. These isolated areas of heavy rain have shown
  little movement during the past 30 minutes, so flash flooding is
  likely.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around...don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
